Terms of Service

GetStreamViews is a viewer delivery and streamer dashboard for Twitch and Kick. Depending on the plan you purchase, the Service may include: (a) concurrent viewer count delivery for a channel you own or are authorized to manage; (b) keyword chat moderation via our Twitch bot (when configured); (c) custom chat commands; (d) stream alert widget URLs for OBS, with real-time Twitch EventSub alerts when API credentials are configured; and (e) related dashboard and automation features (including autostart on go-live).

Viewer delivery is a growth-perception and audience-simulation feature. It does not create genuine engagement, followers, subscribers, or revenue on its own, and results (including how any third-party platform treats delivered viewers) are not guaranteed. See Section 6 ("Third-Party Platforms") for important risk disclosures.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You represent that you own, or are authorized to administer, any channel you connect to the Service.

Paid plans are sold on a Day, Week, or Month basis at the price shown at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change with notice on the pricing page; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Card payments (Checkout.com). If you pay by credit or debit card, you are redirected to a secure hosted checkout powered by Checkout.com. Your full card details are entered and processed on that page — GetStreamViews does not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials on our servers. We receive only the information needed to activate your plan (such as payment status and an order reference).

Crypto payments (Cryptomus). If you pay with cryptocurrency, you are redirected to Cryptomus, our crypto payment processor. We transmit the order amount, currency, and order reference required to complete the payment. Cryptomus processes wallet and blockchain data under its own privacy policy. GetStreamViews does not store wallet addresses, private keys, or other cryptographic payment credentials.

Day, Week, and Month plans are prepaid access periods. Unless you have a legacy subscription still billed through a previous payment provider, plans do not automatically renew — when your paid period ends, you may purchase a new plan to continue service. Service begins after successful payment confirmation.

New accounts may be eligible for a limited-time free trial with reduced feature limits, as described on our pricing and FAQ pages. We may modify, limit, or discontinue the free trial at any time. No payment method is required to start a trial unless stated otherwise at signup.

You can cancel an active plan from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future viewer delivery for that plan but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of time already paid for. Refund eligibility for all plan types and payment methods is described in full in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

GetStreamViews is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc., Kick Streaming Pty Ltd, or any other platform referenced on the Service. Those platforms set their own terms of service and community guidelines, which may restrict or prohibit certain growth or automation tools. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any platform you connect to the Service, and for any consequences a platform imposes on your account (including warnings, feature restrictions, or suspension) as a result of using third-party tools generally. Use of the Service is at your own risk, and we make no representation that any particular platform permits or will continue to permit the features offered here.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for harassment, fraud, security abuse, or other conduct that harms the Service, other users, or third parties.

If you participate in our affiliate program, your participation is also governed by the commission tiers, payout terms, and eligibility rules published in your dashboard at the time you apply. We may adjust commission rates or suspend affiliate accounts found to be generating referrals through fraudulent, spammy, or incentivized-click activity.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding data you supply), is owned by GetStreamViews or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific viewer count, engagement outcome, or platform behavior will result from its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetStreamViews and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or channel access, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold GetStreamViews harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including billing, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which GetStreamViews operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts with jurisdiction over that location, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
