Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on a GetStreamViews plan. It is part of our Terms of Service. All payments — and all refunds — are processed through our merchant of record, Fungies.io, which handles the checkout, billing, and refund transaction on our behalf.

1. Digital Services, Delivered Instantly

GetStreamViews plans are digital services that activate immediately after payment — viewer delivery, chat moderation, custom commands, and alert widgets typically start working within minutes of checkout. Because delivery begins right away, refund eligibility depends on the plan type and whether the Service performed as described, as set out below.

2. Day Pass & Week Pass (One-Time Purchases)

Day and Week plans are one-time, non-recurring purchases. Once delivery has started on a Day or Week plan, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where the Service failed to deliver as described (see Section 4). If you contact us before delivery has started (for example, immediately after an accidental duplicate purchase), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Month plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancelling stops the next renewal, but we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for time already used in the current period. If you are charged for a renewal after you cancelled (or before your cancellation was processed), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that specific renewal.

4. Refunds for Non-Delivery or Service Failure

If you paid for a plan and the Service materially failed to deliver the purchased features (for example, viewer delivery never started, or a paid feature was broken and we were unable to fix it within a reasonable time), contact support within 7 days of the charge with your account email and order details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full or partial refund or a credit toward a future plan, at your choice.

5. What Isn't Eligible for a Refund

  • Purchases where delivery completed successfully and as described.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind after a Day or Week plan has already been delivered.
  • Consequences imposed by Twitch, Kick, or any other third-party platform on your account or channel — see the "Third-Party Platforms" section of our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional, discounted, or free-trial-converted purchases beyond the amount actually paid.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@getstreamviews.com with the email address on your account, the plan/order in question, and the reason for your request. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued by Fungies.io back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or payment provider and can take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we approve the refund.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at billing@getstreamviews.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first can delay resolution and may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated through Fungies.io.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
