Acceptable Use Policy

GetStreamViews sells digital plans that deliver concurrent live stream viewers to channels you own or control on supported platforms (currently Twitch and Kick), along with dashboard tools such as channel linking, autostart on go-live, commands, and alert widgets.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with each platform's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Partner/Affiliate rules. Use of third-party growth services may carry enforcement risk on those platforms.

• Purchasing viewer plans for channels you own or have explicit permission to manage.
• Using autostart so viewers are delivered after you go live, within your plan limits.
• Keeping purchased viewer counts realistic for your channel size.
• Using dashboard tools (commands, alerts, etc.) for legitimate stream management.
• One account per person or business entity unless we approve otherwise in writing.

You may not use the Service to:

• Target channels you do not own or lack written authorization to boost.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content via streams or our tools.
• Attempt to bypass payment, abuse refunds, or resell our plans without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems or payment/checkout flows.
• Use the Service where prohibited by applicable law or platform rules you are subject to.

Viewer delivery depends on third-party infrastructure, your selected plan, provider capacity, and your channel being live when autostart is enabled. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, partnership status, or monetization outcome on Twitch, Kick, or any other platform.

You agree not to misrepresent purchased viewers as organic audience when required by platform disclosure rules or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or our Terms, with or without refund depending on the circumstances described in our Refund Policy. We may cooperate with law enforcement or platform abuse teams when required.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
