Privacy Policy

Account information. Email address, username, and a hashed password (if you register with email/password) or basic profile details returned by an OAuth provider.

Channel & platform data.When you connect a Twitch or Kick channel, we store the channel identifier, platform, and any settings you configure (e.g. custom commands, alert widgets, channel preferences) needed to operate the features you've enabled.

Usage & log data. Pages viewed, actions taken in the dashboard, IP address, browser/device information, and timestamps, used for security, debugging, and product analytics.

Payment data. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, wallet private keys, or other sensitive payment credentials. Billing is handled by our payment partners (see Section 3 below); we retain only high-level records such as which plan you purchased, the billing period, payment method used, and transaction/order identifiers needed to activate and support your plan.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session cookies), preferences, and analytics. See Section 5.

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To deliver the features of the plan you purchased (viewer delivery, chat commands, moderation, alerts, autostart).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To send transactional emails (billing receipts, security notices) and, where you've opted in, product updates.
• To monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

Card payments via Checkout.com.When you pay by card, you are redirected to a secure hosted checkout powered by Checkout.com. The billing name, email, and card details you enter are collected and processed directly by Checkout.com and its payment infrastructure — not by GetStreamViews. We receive limited transaction data back (such as payment status and an order reference) so we can activate your plan. Checkout.com's privacy policy governs how it handles your card data.

Crypto payments via Cryptomus. When you pay with cryptocurrency, you are redirected to Cryptomus (cryptomus.com). We transmit the data required to process the payment: order amount, currency, and order reference. Cryptomus processes wallet and blockchain payment data under its own privacy policy. We do not store wallet addresses, private keys, or other cryptographic payment credentials on our servers. After payment confirmation, we receive a payment notification and an anonymous transaction identifier sufficient to activate your plan.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Checkout.com — to process card payments (see Section 3).
• Cryptomus — to process cryptocurrency payments (see Section 3).
• Viewer-delivery / SMM providers — the channel link and viewer quantity needed to fulfill an active plan, and nothing more (no account credentials).
• Twitch and Kick— via their public/authorized APIs, solely to operate features you've enabled for a channel you connected.
• Infrastructure & analytics providers — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety — where required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of GetStreamViews, our users, or the public.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember dashboard preferences, and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage of the marketing site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent the dashboard from functioning correctly.

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account as described in Section 8.

We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing (rights available, for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK and the CCPA/CPRA in California). To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@getstreamviews.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For card payment records held by Checkout.com, or crypto payment records held by Cryptomus, you may also need to contact those providers directly where they control that data as independent processors.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We and our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice.
